Many small to mid-size contractors are under stress through not historically meeting deadlines, cost overruns, projects not meeting objectives, etc. this is largely attributed to a lack of in-house project management knowledge and budget constraints.
Our principle instructor has over 30 years’ experience in Project Management, in that time he has been Client, Consultant and Contractor, and has gained an empathic and holistic view of these the 3 interconnected disciplines.

Training Format and Takeaways
The training is composed of two 4 hour sessions – usually split over two days to allow your staff to do their day job.
The training includes practical hands-on exercises to practice the concepts being covered, developing a project Gantt chart, Risk register & Root Cause Analysis etc.
