As client’s representative we manage the development of the project from inception through the feasibility phase and into design ensuring the project is effectively set up for success from the outset, a rigorous and stringent approach to project development is the corner stone to achieving project success.
DESIGN
We manage the initial concept design for the project ensuring that project cost and time constraints are managed throughout the design phase, we carry out periodic design reviews - fit for purpose – design against intent – build ability - value management and pre submission authority reviews, we also manage the application for all design NOC’s from the local authority entities.
FEASIBILITY
In depth feasibility study evaluates the likely outcomes and the possibility of completing the project successfully. By performing a deep dive study of your project, we are able to communicate the project constraints and identify potential negative and positive consequences that are likely to impact the project.
TENDER DOCUMENTATION
In collaboration with the quantity surveying and design team, we review and comment on the quantity surveyors proposed framework for the detailed project elemental cost analysis and, following finalization of the preliminary design scheme, monitor the preparation of the first level cost plan estimate for client approval and monitor the preparation of the tender and contract documents and review their adequacy.
