THE PROCESS
Our four-step process :
- A thorough review of all the project documentation to determine the current status.
- A root cause analysis to identify the burning platforms, reconfirm the schedule and cost drivers. Identify deliverables in the scope that could be re-schedule as far in the future as possible.
- Present the recovery plan which will also create a new baseline that all future measurement is made against.
- Implement the recovery plan by following our sound project management methodology.
HEATH CHECK
Following the successful recovery of the project we can carry out periodic ‘heath checks’ to ensure the project is not deviating from the agreed recovery process and remains on track to succeed.
