Project Management is our story
Having experience from the 3 sides of project delivery, I often see a broad distance between each of these parties, where there should be collaboration.
Here’s why I mention it, for a long while it has been a dream of mine to establish my own project management consultancy, to transform how we do things and create a collaborative culture within construction delivery, in other words the contractor the client and the consultant all working together side by side toward a single shared goal.
